How we collect reviews
After each completed ride, the passenger receives an email receipt with a direct link to review the ride on Google and can also leave a rating from 1 to 5 in the app. We do not buy reviews or filter ratings at the source, and we respond to published reviews, both positive and negative.
Looking for figures rather than opinions? Our Transport observatory publishes ONLY VTC platform data: broadcast ride acceptance times, airport and night ride shares, estimated distances and volumes. Each indicator states its sample; approach times and journey durations remain unpublished.
