High-speed rail station

Private-hire car at Lyon Part-Dieu station

Europe's leading connecting station, Part-Dieu sees more than 100,000 travellers a day, at the heart of Lyon's business district. Between roadworks in the area, taxis in high demand at peak times and high-speed trains that sometimes arrive after midnight, having a driver waiting for you is a real comfort.

We monitor actual train times: if your high-speed train is late, your driver adjusts the pick-up. Just enter your train number when booking.

Where do you meet your driver at Part-Dieu?

The station has two main exits: Villette side (east, towards La Doua and Villeurbanne) and Vivier-Merle side (west, towards the shopping centre and business district). Your driver confirms the exact meeting point by SMS or through the app — usually the drop-off area on the Villette side, which flows better at peak times. If you are travelling with bulky luggage or in a group, let us know: a Mercedes V-Class van can wait for you as close to the exit as possible.

Enter the train number, arrival time, number of passengers and luggage when booking. Keep the driver's contact details and go to the agreed point after collecting your belongings; if the exit is crowded, have the meeting point confirmed before crossing the station.

A booked transfer with a set price and meeting point

The price corresponds to the journey, vehicle and time chosen, not a per-passenger fare. It is confirmed at booking. Specify child seats, bulky luggage, stops or waiting needs before confirming so that suitable conditions can be agreed.

From Part-Dieu to the airport, Eurexpo or your appointments

The most requested journey remains Part-Dieu → Saint-Exupéry airport: about 25 minutes off-peak via the A43. For Eurexpo trade fairs (SIRHA, Global Industrie, Pollutec…), allow around twenty minutes to Chassieu. And for your business appointments in the district — Incity and To-Lyon towers, central Part-Dieu — hourly chauffeur hire saves you from making one booking after another.

The business district also spills over into the neighbouring 6th arrondissement, between Les Brotteaux and Boulevard des Belges, where firms and serviced offices are multiplying — such as the ChloroFEEL offices in Lyon 6. A Part-Dieu ↔ Brotteaux ride takes less than 10 minutes.
