Your driver arrives early, checks the access to the town hall, church or estate, and stays at your disposal between each stage: photo session, ceremony, drinks reception. The Premium vehicle is prepared for the occasion and waiting time between stages is included in the quote — no meter running behind your back, no unpleasant surprise the next day.
We support weddings throughout the region: châteaux in the Beaujolais around Villefranche-sur-Saône, estates in the Monts d'Or and the Dombes, venues in West and East Lyon. Whatever the distance between your ceremony and reception venues, the price is fixed before the big day.
Guest shuttles: several vehicles, one contact
This is what worries couples the most: how do you get 30, 50 or 80 guests from the estate back to their hotels, at different times, when everyone has enjoyed the evening? Our answer: 7-seat vans in rotation, coordinated in real time by our dispatch — the same tool that runs our corporate event shuttles.
You give us the plan for the day (addresses, times, number of guests per slot); we size the fleet and run the rotations until the end of the night. Our drivers work 24/7: the last departure at 4 a.m. is a normal ride, not a favour.
Hourly chauffeur hire or transfers: two options
For a wedding, the most flexible option is often chauffeur hire: a vehicle and driver booked by the hour, half-day or day, kilometres included, who follow your schedule with no rebooking for each journey. For one-off needs (one-way station or airport trips for guests coming from afar), the standard fixed-price transfer remains the most economical.

Hen parties, stag parties and birthdays: added safety
Hen or stag party, birthday, evening with friends: the 7-seat van takes the whole group to a restaurant, a wine bar on the Presqu'île or an estate in the Beaujolais, and brings you back at the end of the evening. Nobody drives, nobody hunts for an elusive taxi at 3 a.m.: the outward and return journeys are booked in advance, at a fixed price, and your driver waits for you at the agreed time.

How far in advance should I book for a wedding?
For the couple's car alone, a few days is enough. For a multi-vehicle arrangement (guest shuttles), contact us several weeks in advance, especially for a Saturday from May to September: we reserve the drivers and vans as soon as the quote is confirmed.
Can you provide several rotations between the reception venue and the hotels?
Yes, this is the core of the chauffeur hire option: the vehicle or vehicles stay dedicated to your event and run rotations according to the agreed schedule, kilometres included. Staggered departures at the end of the evening are planned from the quote stage.
How is the price calculated?
Two options: chauffeur hire (hourly, half-day or day rate, kilometres included) to follow your schedule, or a standard fixed-price transfer for a single journey. The quote is free and detailed vehicle by vehicle, and the price is locked before the big day.
How many passengers per vehicle?
Up to 4 passengers in a Standard or Premium sedan, and up to 7 in our Mercedes V-Class vans. For 30 guests or more, we build a fleet of several vans in rotation rather than a coach: more flexible for staggered departures.
Do you work at night for evening returns?
Yes, our drivers have been operating 24/7 since 2016. Returns at 2, 3 or 4 a.m. after the party are rides planned like any other, with a driver waiting for you at the exact agreed time.
