Before your flight: gather the details

Check your terminal and the applicable formalities with your airline and the relevant authorities. Keep your flight number, full destination address and a reachable phone number with its international dialling code handy.

To book a transfer, provide the local date and time of arrival in Lyon (Europe/Paris time zone), the number of passengers and bags, and any child-seat or accessibility needs. Confirm the vehicle, price and conditions in advance.

At the airport: find your meeting point

After any checks and baggage collection, follow the signs in your terminal and contact the driver as instructed. Confirm the meeting point and waiting conditions with the transport provider; they may vary.
