Getting temporary staff to site, every day at the same time
A team of temporary staff to drop at the gate at 5:55 a.m., every working day, for three months: this is a need public transport cannot cover and that individual bookings would make unmanageable. Here is how we have industrialised it.

Industrial and logistics sites in the eastern Lyon area share the same problem: they run in shifts (5 a.m., 1 p.m., 9 p.m.) when public transport starts too late, finishes too early or simply does not go there. The result: motivated temporary workers who turn down an assignment for lack of a way to get there, cascading delays, unfilled positions. For both the staffing agency and the site, transport becomes a recruitment issue.
This is a need we cover every day for companies in the region — including an SME that entrusts us with getting its temporary staff to work every working day, at the same time, for the full duration of the assignments.
The recurring ride: set up once, generated automatically
The wrong solution would be to book 60 rides by hand each quarter. Ours: the recurring ride. The journey is set up just once — pick-up and drop-off addresses, time, passengers, frequency (working days, even weeks, assignment dates) — and the platform generates the rides automatically, several weeks in advance. Nobody ever rebooks anything.
- Something unexpected? A message is enough: absent passenger, time moved by an hour, closure week — the change is made to the relevant occurrences and the rest stays the same.
- The passenger is notified by SMS before each ride: driver's name, vehicle, time. No account or app needed.
- The price is the same every day : negotiated at setup, it depends on neither traffic nor current demand.
The same driver, as far as possible — and that changes everything
On a daily route, we assign the same driver as far as possible. After a week, they know the right entrance gate, the visitor badge, the passengers' first names and their pick-up points. The minutes lost looking for "entrance C" disappear, and passengers get into a familiar car — a detail that matters at 5 a.m.
For reliability, each ride is time-stamped and tracked by our dispatch like any other: if the usual driver is unavailable (holiday, illness), a replacement is assigned in advance with the same instructions — not in a panic that same morning.
And the paperwork? One invoice, not sixty
Each ride generates its own line — date, journey, passenger, reference, amount excl. tax/VAT — but you receive onlyone consolidated monthly invoice, broken down by cost centre if you use them (by agency, end client or site).
