Businesses: cost centres, monthly invoicing and reporting

When a company moves its teams, clients or candidates by private-hire car, two needs always come up: controlling the budget and simplifying the accounting. The ONLY VTC business account meets both, with the following tools.
Cost centres: allocate and cap
A cost centre is an allocation: "Sales", "Management", "SIRHA event", "Candidates"… You create as many as you need from the portal and link beneficiaries (the people transported) to them. Each ride is then charged to the right centre.
- Monthly budget per centre : set a cap, track the month's consumption as a percentage and spot at a glance a centre close to its limit.
- Bulk assignment : link several beneficiaries to a centre in a single operation.
- Statistics per centre : number of rides, amount spent, top beneficiaries — to understand where the mobility budget goes.
Consolidated monthly invoicing
Rather than one invoice per ride, the company receives each month a single consolidated invoice covering all the period's rides, line by line (date, journey, beneficiary, cost centre, excl. tax/VAT/incl. tax). One document to record, one payment — instead of dozens of scattered receipts. Rides paid on "business account" automatically move into this monthly invoice.
Reporting and accounting exports
For your accounting department or accountant, everything can be exported in spreadsheet format (CSV, Excel-compatible):
- Rides export over a period, with filters by status and cost centre.
- Beneficiaries export and cost centres.
- Full report covering the company's activity, ready to integrate into your tools.
The result: accounting reconciliation takes a few minutes, not half a day of collecting receipts.
